This service is regulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 687-1). According to this regulation, the receiving party (your business) and the sending party (FIRCaspian) enter into a service agreement for the provision of personnel. This contract specifies all the terms and conditions of the work to be performed by the employees.

Additionally, we, FIRCaspian, enter into an employment contract or an addendum with the employees, indicating their place of work at your company and other necessary provisions in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
